Power-On Activation

A power-on alarm siren starts sounding and flashing as soon as compatible power is applied. It stops when the power is disconnected.

This type works well when:

Button Activation

A button-activated alarm receives power first but does not immediately sound. The user presses a button when the alarm is needed.

Neither hardwired nor plug-in sirens are automatically better. The right choice depends on your power source and how you want the alarm to operate.

  1. Is the voltage correct?
    Confirm whether the installation provides AC or DC power and check the exact voltage.
  2. Is a plug included?
    Do not rely on a single product photo. Check the selected voltage and configuration.
  3. Is a power adapter included?
