Working Principle: Adopting an invisible laser reflection positioning technology, the height limiter creates a “laser safety line” across the vehicle passage. It continuously detects the height of passing vehicles or obstacles. When the detected height exceeds the preset limit, the height limiter outputs a signal to the alarm device, triggering an audible and visual warning. This effectively prevents collisions with tunnels, bridges, and other height-restricted structures

Selectable & Adjustable Detection Distance: Supports optional detection ranges of 0.5–10 m and 0.5–20 m, allowing users to select the suitable detection distance according to the actual road width and installation environment. The detection distance can be adjusted through RS485 communication commands or the calibration buttons on the height limiter to adapt to different site requirements. The installation height of the limiter can also be flexibly selected based on vehicle types, meeting the needs of various application scenarios

Easy Installation & Calibration: The height limiter features an automatic calibration function, allowing quick on-site setup without complicated tools. The built-in auxiliary red laser provides precise alignment, improving installation accuracy and reducing commissioning time.

Multi-Device Linked Alarm System: The height restriction system supports switch signal output and wireless linkage, enabling connection with alarm devices, LED displays, and other equipment. It provides multi-level safety warnings, including audible and visual alarms, access control, and interception reminders.

Application Scenarios: The alarm system features a powder-coated cold-rolled steel housing. The height limiter is rated IPX5 waterproof, while the alarm unit features IP65 protection. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, the system is suitable for outdoor industrial environments such as tunnels, bridges, factories, logistics channels, and heavy vehicle access areas.
