How much is shipping?
We offer express shipping for standard online orders and may also arrange ocean shipping for bulk orders or special shipping needs.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, product weight, order quantity, and selected shipping method. For standard online orders, the available shipping cost will be shown at checkout when applicable. For bulk orders, wholesale orders, or special shipping arrangements, the final freight cost and transportation method will be confirmed by our team before shipment.
Please note that shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
How long does it take to receive my product?
We usually need 1–3 business days to prepare your order before shipment.
After the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually:
- Standard express shipping: 10–15 business days
- Expedited shipping: 7–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability
Expedited shipping may not be available for all countries, regions, or products. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that delivery time may vary due to holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number when it is available.
You can track your shipment through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact us and we will help you check the shipment status.
Customs & Taxes
Product prices and shipping fees shown on our website do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may be required by your local customs authority when the package arrives in your country or region. These charges are not collected by YASONG and are the responsibility of the buyer.
