30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for standard online retail orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees will be covered by us only if the return request is caused by product defects, shipping damage, wrong items delivered, or mistakes made by us.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as change of mind, mismatched expectations, incorrect product selection, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In these cases, we do not provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. If the return is caused by product defects, shipping damage, wrong items delivered, or our mistake, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange the return shipment when applicable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@hzyasong.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos when available. We will evaluate the issue and help provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned without the original packaging or necessary accessories
- Customized or specially ordered products, unless the issue is caused by product defects or our mistake
- Clearance items or final sale items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase

Exchanges
If you need a different model or specification, please contact us first.
The fastest way to exchange an item is usually to return the original item after approval and place a separate order for the new item. We will help you confirm the suitable model before you place the new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable laws and exceptions.
As above, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
